Massage with Cupping Therapy

Receive a massage tailored specifically to your needs. This may include focused work in a specific area, long, relaxing strokes, gentle stretches, deep tissue work, or a combination of massage types. This session also includes cupping during the session. Cupping is a treatment that uses suction to reduce restriction in soft tissue and increase blood flow to an area to encourage healing. Silicone cups are used to glide slowly along an area of concern, or sometimes are left stationary to create a deeper pull. Nicole will discuss your goal for the session to give a custom massage to maintain your comfort level and create the best outcome for you.
